The listing committee held on 12/11/2025 has approved to:
• List the capital increase For Bonyan for Development and Trade from EGP 1,654,000,000 to EGP 1,704,403,226 .The EGP 50,403,226 capital increase (representing the 13th issuance) distributed over 50,403,226 shares with a nominal value of EGP 1 per share. The increase has been fully paid in cash according to a bank deposit certificate with a subscription Price equivalent to the final offering price of EGP 4.96 per share.
• The subscription was restricted to the shareholders who sold their shares at the offering and who expressed their wish to participate in the capital increase, while the non-selling existing shareholders waived their preemptive rights.
• The difference between the subscription price and the nominal value per share, amounting to EGP 199,596,774.96, shall be transferred to the legal reserve as share premium, in accordance with the FRA approval dated 21/08/2025.
• To be listed in the Egyptian Securities Listing schedule "Shares", where the new shares of such increase shall be added to EGX database, as of the beginning of the trading session on Monday 17 November, 2025.
